John Krupar to lead LM+Co’s performance Improvement practice
March 15, 2010 - “We are seeing tremendous demand from our corporate clients and their owners
for advice on improving companies’ profitability and cash flow,” said James J.
Loughlin, Jr., founding principal of LM+Co. “In today’s difficult economy,
there is no room for inefficiency. Management must focus the entire
organization on the most profitable activities and eliminate those which are
not. John brings outstanding credentials to LM for delivering the kind of
result-oriented solutions our clients are seeking to improve performance.”
“Performance improvement has long been a core competency of LM+Co, though we
have primarily served the needs of distressed companies. As the credit markets
recover and M&A activity increases, our clients will benefit not only from our
proven ability to create value, but also from the enhanced skills that John
brings us,” said Mohsin Y. Meghji, founding principal of LM+Co. “With John
leading our Practice, we offer managements a powerful array of performance
improvement services designed to get tangible, measureable results.”
LM+Co’s Performance Improvement Practice provides end-to-end advisory
services, from strategy development and business consulting to program
implementation, for clients seeking to enhance financial performance and
competitiveness. Engagements typically focus on customer and product
profitability, competitive and market assessments, supply chain and sourcing
initiatives, process review and reengineering, LEAN and Six Sigma deployments,
large-scale cost-reduction programs, and working capital improvement.
Mr. Krupar has 25 years of business transformation and turnaround experience,
most recently as a partner with the Oliver Wyman consultancy, where he co-led
the operational excellence practice and collaborated with that firm’s
corporate finance unit. He led reengineering teams in health and life
sciences, financial services, insurance, heavy equipment manufacturing, and
commercial real estate. |
