Nelson
J. Andrade
Nelson
has worked on creditor advisory engagements, including
Blockbuster, Inc. and a large paper converter/manufacturer,
as well as debtor advisory engagements, most recently
Dan River, Inc. and Interstate Bakeries Corporation. Prior
to joining LM+Co, Nelson was a senior financial analyst
in International Treasury with International Paper, where
he was responsible for global foreign exchange hedging
strategy and execution. Nelson served as a
Senior Risk Analyst at Banco do Brasil - New York, where
he monitored a portfolio of well over $5 billion worth
of assets. Originally from Brazil, Nelson worked
as Financial Analyst for five years before coming
to the U.S.
Nelson earned his
MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at
Cornell University, and received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering from University of São Paulo,
Brazil. Nelson is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Michael
N. Brown
Michael joined
LM+Co after working in the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers
auditing both public and non-public entities including
Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Dell and Bear Stearns.
Michael earned
an MBA in Accounting and taxation, and a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Accounting, both from Fairfield University.
Nicholas
E. Osborn
Nicholas
has more than five years of audit and management consulting
experience. Most recently he worked internationally as an
operational improvement consultant for Acergy Group (formerly
Stolt Offshore). His previous consulting engagements have
been concentrated in the technology and biotechnology fields.
Nick also spent five years in public accounting as a senior
associate with Mohler Nixon & Williams LLP and, prior
to that, with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the Business Advisory
Services Group.
Nicholas earned his MBA
from the F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting
from Claremont McKenna College. Nick is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA).
Associates
Stephan Repenning
Stephan has
more than three years business experience. Most recently,
he worked for a boutique investment bank focused on
representing private companies in acquisition and recapitalization
transactions. Prior to that, Stephan was a Senior Research
Associate with Greenwich Associates. Stephan graduated
from Georgetown University with a double major in Finance
and International Business. Stephan is fluent in Spanish
and German.
