John G. Krupar, Managing
Director
John leads LM+Co’s
Performance Improvement Practice. He has 25 years of m ilitary,
industry and consulting experience focused on performance
improvement. He is passionate about assisting clients create
low-cost sources of capital by transforming “Business as Usual"
operations to fund growth and improve the balance sheet &
income statement. His engagements have delivered more than
$25 billion in benefits and included strategy, organizational
redesign, operations, global sourcing, marketing, shared service
development, LEAN operations, LEAN Six Sigma deployment and
implementation. Prior to joining LM+Co , John was a partner
in Oliver Wyman’s Operational Transformational Capability.
John
has worked with a wide range of companies in both North America
and Europe. He has substantial expertise in the automotive,
aluminum forging, locomotive, rail, financial services, insurance,
chemical, oil services, nuclear and health insurance industries.
As head of Citigroup’s reengineering program (reporting to
the COO/CFO) in 2007-2008, John delivered $10 billion in expense
savings. He has also held global sourcing and manufacturing
management positions with General Electric and Kaiser Aluminum
and Chemical Company.
John
earned a Masters of Science in Management from the Krannert
School at Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in
International Relations from the United States Military Academy.
He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB).
