• As CRO, led the restructuring process for a wireless telephone service provider, identifying restructuring alternatives, leading negotiations with the multiple creditor classes and implementing the restructuring plan, which included a two-tranche, high-yield financing transaction which led to 100% recovery for $450 million of distressed debt
  
  
• As advisor to a $600 million auto glass manufacturer and distributor, conducted customer, product and branch profitability analysis leading to increased pricing and new sales strategies; identified $28 million in cost reductions and improved EBITDA by $5 million
  
  
• As CRO of a television broadcaster operating in nine large and middle market DMAs, managed day-to-day operations, reducing overhead and redundant costs while stewarding the Company through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and an orderly 363 sale process that restructured over $325 million of debt
